Why we were created
The constraint on enterprise AI is no longer model capability. It is the number of engineers who can take a capable model and make it work inside a real organisation, with the integration, evaluation, guardrails and operational discipline that production demands.
That constraint cannot be recruited away, because the people do not exist in sufficient numbers. It has to be built. FDECo was created to build them, and to deploy them where they are needed most.
